The Problem
Dubai's property portals were broken - duplicate listings, hidden fees, and zero lifecycle support after purchase. Buyers faced decision fatigue from overcrowded UIs, while investors had no reliable ROI data and agents struggled with unqualified leads.
The Solution
I designed Propertysearch.com end-to-end - from UX strategy and information architecture to final UI across web, iOS, Android, and an admin portal. The platform introduced intent-based lifestyle matching, an AI valuation tool (TrueValue), an Investor Switch mode, and a services marketplace extending value well beyond the transaction.
