The online car-buying experience is broken. Users face fragmented information, trust barriers, and poor usability across platforms. From cluttered navigation and unresponsive mobile design to limited search tools and a lack of visual aids, buyers struggle to make informed decisions. Most critically, there’s little real-time support, making an already complex journey feel isolating and unreliable.



Solution :
Improved booking flow clarity led to higher user confidence
Streamlined variant comparison for faster decision-making
Created a cohesive design system for scalability and faster dev handoff
Final prototype received positive feedback from stakeholders and test users
Design direction aligned with business goals of lead generation and retention
